Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in North York, ON. The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining proper and accurate project documentation according to each contract.
- Participating in the preparation and completion of Tenders.
- Controlling and monitoring projects' progress.
- Communicating with stakeholders including architects, engineers, building inspectors, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Promptly reporting and escalating project issues as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in water, sewer, storm infrastructure projects
- 2 years of experience in project management is preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and project management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction safety practices is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field is preferred
