Bayview Sheppard RMT has been proudly serving the GTA for over 20 years. We offer fully equipped treatment rooms, a convenient location with free parking, and a supportive staff culture in an established clinic.
SUPPORT – As RMTs with vast experience in wellness settings, we know that the right support will help you flourish. Would you like to work in a clinic that has a linen service, an administrative team to take care of booking and billing and hydraulic tables to make table set up a breeze?
BALANCE – Our positive and rewarding environment revolves around your needs and upward growth. We offer flexible schedule options for your lifestyle, efficient booking to make the most of your time, and a consistent clientele.
MENTORSHIP – We have a diverse team of over 25 RMTs ranging from 20-year veterans to new grads. We provide detailed orientation to new recruits, massage tutorials, and team mentors when you start.
INCENTIVE – We offer a competitive compensation rate of $80,000-$90,000 annually based on a 20 hour week and career launching opportunities for recently graduated RMTs.
