You're a great carpenter, but you're tired of being micromanaged, cleaning up after others, or working for companies that don't value quality workmanship.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, can manage their own day, solve problems on site, and deliver work they're proud to put their name on. If you also enjoy mentoring or supervising others, that's a huge asset.
Our work is varied, so no two weeks look the same. Projects include:
- Drywall repair, patching, and painting
- Cabinet installation
- Flooring
- Tile installation
- Full interior renovations
- Siding, fencing, decks, and other exterior projects
We're looking for someone who:
- Works well independently with minimal supervision
- Has strong carpentry and renovation skills
- Takes ownership and finds solutions instead of waiting for direction
- Communicates professionally with clients and the team
- Can supervise or lead other trades when required
