What You'll Be Operating
You'll work on a variety of commercial, industrial and civil projects operating equipment including:
- Excavators
- Skid Steers
- Wheel Loaders
- Dozers
- Compactors and other support equipment
Typical work includes:
- Site excavation
- Building grading
- Fine grading
- Underground servicing
- Gravel placement and compaction
- Final site preparation
- Material handling
- Snow removal (seasonal)
What We're Looking For
We're looking for operators who:
- Have several years of excavation and grading experience
- Can confidently operate multiple types of heavy equipment
- Understand elevations, grades and site layouts
- Take pride in clean, accurate work
- Respect equipment and keep it well maintained
- Work safely without cutting corners
- Are dependable, positive and team-oriented
- Want to continue learning and growing
