1. Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
2. Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), authorized for autonomous practice
3. Lives within reasonable distance of St. Catharines, Grimsby, Oakville, or Kitchener
4. Has a car and valid licence (community visits are required; this disqualified one of the client's own applicants)
5. Willing to work in person (this is NOT remote-only; screen for this early)
6. Wants a dedicated role, not casual or ad-hoc work (the client got burned by this before)
Pay: $140,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
