✨ Planning Coordinator

As a central pillar of operations, you will coordinate planning and production execution across the country:
- Coordinate production planning across all business units
- Oversee order processing and validate accuracy before production release
- Analyze production capacity and adjust plans based on constraints
- Set production priorities in collaboration with sales teams
- Coordinate inter-plant transfers to optimize lead times
- Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and planning teams
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, including safety stock
- Monitor raw materials and collaborate closely with procurement
- Oversee manufacturing orders within the ERP system
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of production data
- Respond to lead time inquiries and communicate proactively
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a key resource for planners
- What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in planning or production coordination
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Business Central)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative leadership and strong team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative
- Knowledge of both metric and imperial measurement systems
Assets:
- Experience in a multi-site environment
- Experience in coordination or functional supervision
- Education in operations management, logistics, or a related field (DEP/DEC equivalent)
