Overview
Kelly Santini LLP is seeking a proactive, hands-on IT Manager to oversee our technology environment, liaise with third-party providers, and ensure our systems are secure, stable, and aligned with the evolving needs of a busy law firm. The IT Manager will provide hands-on troubleshooting and leadership on technology initiatives, balancing operational support with strategic long-term planning.This role requires someone who can balance operational support with long-term planning in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment.Salary level is commensurate with experience and health benefits and pension matching are provided.

Responsibilities
- Manage the firm’s IT environment across two office locations, supporting both in-office and remote users and ensuring secure, reliable operations.
- Supervise the IT ticketing process, monitoring service levels, identifying trends, and coordinating escalations to maintain high support standards.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access control, and system configuration.
- Coordinate vendor agreements, including service level commitments, renewals, and software licensing compliance.
- Manage relationships with the firm’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) and external vendors.
- Support and maintain office technology infrastructure, including secure network connectivity, conference room and hybrid meeting systems, and secure print/scan workflows.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of new applications, system upgrades, and integrations, from planning through to successful adoption.
- Oversee IT asset management, tracking equipment allocation, monitoring lifecycle status, and coordinating procurement and replacements.
- Develop and maintain clear IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge resources.
- Design and deliver training on firm systems and tools, providing ongoing guidance to promote effective and secure use of technology.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in IT operations
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft (M365/Azure) and cybersecurity-focused designations (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are strongly preferred
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and shifting deadlines
- Demonstrated vendor management and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize issues and manage service provider performance
- Strong understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and risk management principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Highly organized and process-driven, with experience developing policies, procedures, and documentation
- Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives, system upgrades, or modernization projects while maintaining day-to-day operational stability.
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new systems, tools, and technologies as business needs evolve.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
