Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care and Sales Specialist to join our team. What you will do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and book services
- Proactively contact customers about seasonal cleaning needs
- Build trust and create positive customer experiences
- Recommend services, overcome objections, and close bookings
- Follow up with customers and request reviews
- Maintain accurate scheduling and customer records
- Support daily operations and resolve issues independently

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
