Experienced Server – Wine-Focused Service
Annabelle's Kitchen Downtown Location
Rooted in Italian influence, we have a space that feels warm, elevated, and quietly confident where the food is thoughtful, the room has energy, and the service is what people remember.
This isn’t about going through the motions.
It’s about creating a feeling at the table.
We’re looking for servers who want to be part of that.
What makes this different:
- A more refined downtown expression of Annabelle’s Kitchen
- A focus on guided, curated guest experiences, not transactional service
- A growing wine and cocktail program that’s meant to be explored and shared
- A team that values presence, awareness, and attention to detail
If you care about how a table feels, you’ll fit here.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong, intuitive hospitality, you read a table before they need to ask
- Confidence in pacing, presence, and leading the experience
- A genuine interest in food, wine, and continuous learning
- Professionalism, consistency, and a team-first mindset
Wine Knowledge (Important):
Wine is a core part of the experience here, not an afterthought.
- Minimum WSET Level 1 (or equivalent) required
- You should feel comfortable:
- Speaking to varietals, regions, and styles
- Guiding guests toward pairings that make sense for them
- Selling wine in a way that feels natural, not scripted
We’ll spend time talking through your experience and approach to wine during the interview process to ensure it’s the right fit on both sides. (Please only apply if you meet this requirement, it ensures a better fit for both you and the team.)
The role:
- Guide each table through a curated, thoughtful experience
- Lead with beverages, especially wine, as part of the story
- Execute service with strong awareness of timing, detail, and flow
- Contribute to a team that’s building something intentional and elevated
Why you’ll want to be here:
- A chance to be part of a restaurant that’s leveling up
- Work in a room where hospitality actually matters
- Develop your palate and service style alongside a team that cares
- Be surrounded by people who want to do this well, not just get through the shift
To apply:
Please include:
- Your resume
- A short note on your wine experience or training
If you’re someone who takes pride in how you show up on the floor, and wants to be part of building something with intention, we’d love to meet you.
