Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily service calendar.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Order and source automotive parts when required.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help provide positive solutions.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required).
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, automotive parts, dealership, or repair shop is a strong asset.
- Candidates without automotive experience may apply if they have a strong willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Must be eager to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Professional business attire is required every working day.
- Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and statutory holidays as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
