We are seeking a motivated and skilled residential HVAC technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, heat pump and hot water systems in residential settings. Your expertise will ensure our clients enjoy comfortable, energy-efficient homes year-round. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Sustaining high customer satisfaction levels in our home service operations.
- Assuring all tools and equipment used are in good and safe working order.
- Keeping your vehicle clean and neat, both inside and out, in keeping with the company's professional image.
- Keeping the vehicle stocked with all material necessary to perform daily duties.
- Promoting company products and services.
- Providing best advice to customers on repairing or replacing existing equipment.
- Health and Safety - Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and rules.
Requirements:
- Gas fitter II license.
- 313A or D license. Apprenticeship available
- Valid clean driver's license.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivery of customer - focused service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communications.
- Good mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform varying service and maintenance projects.
- Able to work unsupervised, result oriented achieving high levels of individual and team performance.
- Must be physically able to perform heavy lifting.

- Living in the Greater Toronto Area

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
