Best Skin Clinic is looking for a warm, organized, and professional Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves customer service, beauty, skincare, wellness, and creating a welcoming luxury experience for every client who walks through our doors.
About the Role
As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in making sure each visit feels smooth, professional, and personalized.
You will support front desk operations, client communication, bookings, daily clinic flow, and help maintain the high standard of care Best Skin Clinic is known for.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming clinic experience
- Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries professionally
- Schedule and manage appointments using JaneApp
- Follow up with clients before and after treatments
- Assist with client intake forms, consents, and treatment preparation
- Process payments and support checkout/rebooking
- Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk and waiting area
- Support social media, promotions, and marketing tasks when needed
- Communicate clearly with providers and management about daily schedules
- Help educate clients on services, promotions, skincare, and treatment options
- Provide excellent client care with patience, kindness, and professionalism
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, positive, and confident with client communication
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and aesthetics
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience with JaneApp, reception, medical aesthetics, spa, or customer service is an asset
- Comfortable with social media or basic marketing tasks is a bonus

Schedule
Our regular clinic hours are:
Monday, Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Closed Tuesdays and Sundays
Availability during clinic hours, including some Saturdays, is preferred.
