Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in various areas of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning and sanitation procedures as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in designated areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety regulations
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks when required to support overall building upkeep
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, use of cleaning equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as key attributes
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
