Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team! Our store specializes in selling cellphones, mobile plans, and home WiFi solutions from major carriers. You’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the right products and services for their needs while providing friendly, knowledgeable support.
If you’re tech-savvy, enjoy talking to people, and want to work in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.Chinese language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are a big plus and will help you better assist a wider range of customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Explain and sell cellphone plans, WiFi packages, and mobile devices
- Answer questions and help customers compare plan options
- Process sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle basic troubleshooting and setup for phones and devices
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Stay up to date on promotions, carrier plans, and device features
- Meet daily or weekly sales goals (bonus opportunities available)
- Support other team members and report to the store manager
Experience
- 6+ months of retail, sales, or customer service experience (wireless or electronics preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, wireless plans, and tech products
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
