Job Description
North Shore Botanicals is hiring an experienced part-time E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator to work remotely. This position is responsible for managing our online store and growing our brand presence through digital marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including updating product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
- Respond to customer inquiries received through our website, email, and social media channels.
- Monitor and report on key e-commerce and social media performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, social media marketing, or a related digital role.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) is required.
- Must have strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics is necessary.
- Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
