Service / Shop Manager
The successful applicant will have a passion for helping people live their best life.
You are a friendly, well organized individual who enjoys working with people. You will have a mature attitude and a lot of patience. Personal skills should include good organization, good written and verbal communication. Individual must have ability to perform multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service. Previous experience in management is an asset.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge, skills and job information to be able to perform job correctly.
- Oversee Warehouse/Technical Staff to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Responsible for oversight of Inventory in building
- Selects, orients, trains, assigns, schedules, coaches, counsels employees
- Maintains safe operation of equipment by adhering to government safety regulations
- Maintains a healthy, secure and safe workplace by creating, flowing and enforcing procedures and standards as well as complying with legal regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage own time.
- Responsible for taking care of equipment trials with staff according to standard operating procedure.
- Managing staff to make sure warehouse and work stations are clean on a consistent basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
