Job Description :Our client in Manitoba is looking for a Program Quality Assurance Analyst(Agile, Azure, Jira)
Must Have Primary Skills :
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration Information Technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
5 years experience in program and project quality assurance, project management, business analysis, or governance roles.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience supporting or participating in project management, quality assurance, audit, compliance, governance, or continuous improvement activities.

Proven Experience In :
Strong understanding of quality management principles and frameworks.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of project documentation and deliverables.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft 365).
