At Butler Byers Insurance, we’ve been helping businesses feel confident and protected for over a century. As a fourth-generation, family-run brokerage, we care deeply about the people we work with, both our clients and our team.
Right now, we may not have a specific opening… but we’re always looking to connect with great people. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, builds strong relationships, and genuinely enjoys helping clients, we would love to meet you. For the right person, we’re open to creating an opportunity or keeping the conversation going for what’s next.

- Supporting new business quoting and placement alongside producers
- Building strong relationships with underwriters to secure the right coverage
- Keeping organized, accurate client records using our digital systems

- Strong communication skills—you can explain coverage in a way clients actually understand
