INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Established in 1997, ProTool Industrial Sales & Service Ltd has provided excellent customer service to heavy-duty tool industries through sales, repairs and rentals of air tools, lifting equipment, torque tools, hydraulic tools, boiler equipment, electric tools and accessories.
We are moving into a new, expanded facility in Burnaby which will house all of our sales, repairs, rentals and calibrations.
We are looking for a dynamic person to fill our Inside Sales position in our Burnaby location. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an outgoing, dedicated, customer-centric sales professional. Knowledge of the industrial tool/supplies industry is an asset. Working collaboratively with team members, your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to national B2B customers
- Respond to walk-in and remote customer inquiries in a prompt, efficient manner
- Provide client quotes and repair estimates in a timely fashion
- Key sales orders and rentals requests into our computer system
- Work collaboratively with other sales and shop staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post-secondary education
- Must have 2+ years’ experience in a sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of the industrial tool industry is highly preferred
- Strong fluency in English (both written and oral) is essential
- Superb customer service skills with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities with a calm, controlled demeanor
- Ability to work independently but also cooperatively with other staff
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- QuickBooks software an asset
