Fisher River pharmacy -a reserve based pharmacy- is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join our team. Our pharmacy is community-centered practices committed to providing high quality, sustainable health care for our patients. In this position, the pharmacist will be responsible for providing dispensing and clinical services to our patients and ensuring the pharmacy meets all provincial regulations and standards. All applicants must demonstrate a dedication toward patient-centered care and take pride in providing outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills and experience. We are looking to hire for this position Starting June 1 or July 2 , 2026 , no weekends, operating 9-17h00 Mon- Thurs and 9-16h00 Fri.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
- License to practice pharmacy in Manitoba and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM)
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Act and CPhM’s Standards of Practice
- Leadership/management experience in a pharmacy considered an asset
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software
- 1 year experience however fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Comply with the Provincial Pharmaceutical Regulations, ensuring adherence to Provincial Practice Standards and Guidelines within pharmacy
- Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy in dosage, needed ingredients, suitability for patients
- Provide information on the use and effects of medications as well as potential drug interactions Record prescriptions dispensed, and the issue of poisons, narcotics and other restricted drugs
- Keep records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories, and registries of drugs
- Provide Patient Care Services while maintaining an excellent standard in customer service
- Lead and direct pharmacy staff by delegating tasks, organizing workflow, and providing support
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, other healthcare professionals and community access workers
- Provide specialized clinical services as deemed necessary by the pharmacy
- Work with top management/ownership in the establishment and execution of pharmacy goals in several functional areas and provide reporting thereof
- The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Pay: $70.00-$75.00 per hour
