Landscape Laborer
Job SummaryDW Landscaping landscaping and hardscaping projects including Sod Installation, planting, mulching, grading, and interlock preparation
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and site equipment safely
- Support crew leaders and skilled team members with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and site instructions
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
- Experience using shovels, wheelbarrows, power tools, or equipment is considered an asset
Schedule
- Full-time, seasonal
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season)
Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience
