We are currently seeking Experienced Retail Sales Associates (RSA) to join our team at our Calgary location.
Behind our in-store Associates is a supporting team of professionals who curate our product assortment, ensure timely deliveries, create engaging marketing, and keep our systems running at optimal effectiveness.

What You’ll Need
· A passion for retail, footwear, and ensuring that our customers receive the best in customer experience. Living up to the ‘We Fit You’ brand commitment.
· Great people skills. An excellent listener. The ability to build relationships is a must
· Experience in retail sales is a must
· Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed subject to agreed-upon work availability.
What You’ll Do
· Greet and Welcome all Customers
· Measure and Fit customers under our ‘We Fit You’ guidelines
· Computer Entry: Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Credit Notes, and Gift Cards
· Paperwork: Customer Holds, Special Orders, Transfers, and Other Forms
· Handle Cash / Credit transactions within our Point of Sale (POS) system
· Assist with Store Readiness: Cleaning, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.
· Merchandising: Product Placement, Alignment, Stock Room, etc.
· Attending Product Knowledge and Sales Training Events
What We’ll Offer
· Up to 20 hours / Week – With an opportunity to take on additional shifts as available
· Paid Training to ensure Canadian Footwear standards are easily achieved
· Base Hourly Wage plus Healthy Sales Commission and Profit Sharing

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-29 per week
