The Opportunity
As a Painting Estimator / Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first impression of DR Painting.
You’ll meet homeowners, understand their goals, assess projects, create professional estimates, and guide clients through the process from consultation to signed contract.
You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure projects start smoothly and clients receive the experience they were promised.

What You’ll Do: Meet With Homeowners
- Conduct in-home consultations
- Build trust and credibility
- Understand client goals, concerns, and expectations
Create Accurate Estimates
- Measure projects accurately
- Assess labour, materials, and scope requirements
- Build detailed proposals that production can execute confidently
Manage Opportunities
- Follow up on leads
- Maintain CRM records and notes
- Keep opportunities moving through the sales pipeline
Create Smooth Handoffs
- Document project details clearly
- Communicate expectations with production teams
- Set projects up for success before work begins
Represent The Brand
- Deliver a professional, polished experience
- Protect the DR Painting reputation
- Be someone clients enjoy having in their home

What We’re Looking For and Required-
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Available for occasional evening appointments

Pay: $20.00-$30.64 per hour
