The Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you are the face of our brand. You’ll be the first person our guests see, the friendly voice they hear, and the energy that keeps our front-of-house running smoothly. Whether you're working the register, or assembling orders with care, your mission is to ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest First Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the counter or drive-thru, and answer menu questions with a smile.
- Speed & Accuracy: Efficiently operate our Point of Sale (POS) cash register, handle cash and digital transactions accurately, and pack orders securely.
- Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage items are assembled according to our brand standards before handing them over to the customer.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a sparkling clean lobby, counter, and condiment station, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene rules.
- Teamwork: Communicate smoothly with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
Pay: $17.20-$19.20 per hour
