The Role
- Execute and help lead residential projects
- Perform service calls, and service work in a primarily residential setting
- Communicate clearly with trades and clients
- Keep job sites organized and professional
- Solve challenges independently and collaboratively
- Deliver high-quality workmanship
You Must Have
- Recent residential electrical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Basic tools
- Pride in your work and a long-term mindset
Assets
- New construction & renovation experience
- Automation exposure (Control4, Lutron)
- Data / networking experience
- Basic AV install experience
