Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness during each visit
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Organize tasks effectively using strong time management skills to complete assigned homes within scheduled timeframes
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for yourself and residents
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from homeowners promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Basic cooking skills are a nice-to-have for assisting with light household chores if needed
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude and a passion for maintaining clean, welcoming homes
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and general cleaning techniques is advantageous
