Scope of Position:
Enthusiastic customer service pro in a technical retail environment.
General Responsibilities:-
Provide customer service in a technical retail environment

Process parts, service and sales orders

Help customers with parts lookup, ordering, receiving and shipping

Process online parts orders and answer queries

Communicate with customers, service shop, and vendors

Organize pickup and delivery of equipment

Continuing skills development and increasing product & technical knowledge
Qualifications:-
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills essential

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, organized, and focused

Ability to multitask and manage time well

Retail and sales experience an asset
