Sales Representative – Buildings & Construction Projects
Blackstone Builders is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our custom building and construction division. This position focuses on generating and closing sales for post-frame buildings, shops, garages, agricultural structures, commercial projects, residential and custom construction services throughout Central Alberta and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and prospecting.
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss project requirements and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and initial consultations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Coordinate with management, estimators, and project teams throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Represent Blackstone Builders professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction, building supply, agricultural, real estate, or related industries considered an asset).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable reading construction drawings and discussing building concepts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience using CRM software is considered an asset.
- Estimating new projects would be an asset.
Base Salary + Commission
- Base salary plus performance-based commissions.
- Opportunity for significant earnings based on sales performance.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Respond to inquiries within one business day.
- Consistently generate new sales opportunities.
- Achieve minimum sales targets established by management.

Location
Based out of Olds, Alberta, with travel throughout Central Alberta and surrounding areas as required.
