Splash & Dash Groomerie & Boutique is opening a brand new salon in Burlington near Appleby Line & Fairview, and we are looking for an experienced dog groomer to join our team.

What you will do
As a Splash & Dash Pet Stylist, you will help ensure pets look and feel their best while providing a safe and positive grooming experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform professional haircuts and finishing work on a variety of dog breeds
- Identify coat types, grooming styles and appropriate tools
- Maintain the safety and comfort of each pet during grooming
- Follow Splash & Dash grooming standards and procedures
- Maintain grooming equipment (clippers, blades, shears, etc.)
- Make recommendations to pet parents regarding coat care and maintenance
- Record grooming notes and service information in the system
- Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment
You may occasionally assist the team with bathing or supporting grooming assistants when needed.
Ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3–5 years of professional dog grooming experience
- Is comfortable grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
- Takes pride in delivering high quality work
- Works well in a team environment
- Has a genuine passion for animal care and welfare
