Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Crew Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy periods
- Follow all food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure food safety and quality
- Support team members as needed in food preparation, serving, and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and upselling techniques
