Neo Drywall Systems Ltd. is seeking a professional and experienced Drywall Supervisor to oversee our residential and commercial projects in Calgary. We are looking for a leader who ensures high-quality standards, manages site efficiency, and maintains our reputation for excellence in the drywall industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drywall installers and finishers.
- Establish work schedules and methods to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations (OH&S).
- Requisition materials, tools, and supplies required for projects.
- Train or arrange for training of workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor in the drywall industry.
- In-depth knowledge of drywall systems, steel framing, and finishing techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Journeyperson certification in work experience
- Safety certifications (CSTS-20, WHMIS) are considered a strong asset.
- English-Spanish Language
