Client Relations
- Support the Operations Manager in maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Respond to client feedback and assist in resolving service concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in site walkthroughs, service reviews, and client meetings when required.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with administrative duties including reporting, documentation, scheduling, payroll coordination, and record maintenance.
- Maintain inspection reports, operational records, and internal documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation and operational reporting for senior management.

- Assist with coordinating materials, supplies, and equipment required for site operations.
- Maintain flexibility for occasional extended site visits depending on operational needs.
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday – regular business hours
- Flexible start and end times
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required based on operational needs
