Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. This position involves food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to all guests.
Duties
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment throughout the shift
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as host/host or barista
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations
- Experience with kitchen tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, and cleaning is highly valued
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
