Duties
Sell premium wellness packages to new clients Turn leads into paying customers Deliver strong, confident sales presentations
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs, offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Conduct stock checks, organize inventory, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy
Requirements
Ideal candidate: Strong closer mindset closer mindset Not afraid to push for the sale Sales experience is a BIG plus Self-motivated & goal-oriented This role involves working with a predominantly female clientele and is best suited for someone comfortable in that environment.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a Medical spa or health/wellness environment
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and creating appealing displays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently and accurately
