Job Summary:
As a Junior Sales Representative at MAXPower Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients, present our service offerings, and understand their needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the Senior Sales Representatives with client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is an asset. Recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
