Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day-to-day of the department
- Foster a positive environment that supports teamwork and cross departmental collaboration
- Prioritize consistent and satisfactory customer experiences
- Address guest concerns promptly and appropriately
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure workflow is consistent and seamless
- Coordinate bookings and job requests, ensuring the schedule is up to date
- Monitor the workflow to maintain low turnaround times
- Process purchase orders and invoices promptly and accurately
- Analyze financial data to affect profitability and performance
- Assist and coach internal advisors on any accounts concerns that need to be corrected
- Build teamwork and communicate with clarity to all members of fixed operations team
Qualifications:
- Energy, passion, and professionalism for exceptional customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally
- Relationship building and conflict resolution skills
- An affinity for sales/upselling is an asset
- Detail oriented and results focused personality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
Shift Details:
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00AM and 7:00PM, Mondays to Fridays
- Availability to work on Saturdays
