About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Automotive Equipment Support Technician (Launch) to support our expanding technical operations. This role involves traveling across the GTA to assist automotive dealerships and independent repair shops with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and demonstration of advanced automotive equipment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automotive shop equipment such as wheel alignment systems, wheel balancers, ADAS calibration tools, and AC service machines.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel across the GTA to provide on-site technical support and service
- Install, diagnose, and repair Launch automotive diagnostic and garage equipment
- Provide demonstrations and training on equipment including:
- Wheel Alignment Machines
- Wheel Balancing Equipment
- ADAS Calibration Systems
- Automotive AC Service & Repair Machines
- Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of shop equipment
- Assist customers with technical issues, system setup, and product usage
- Deliver hands-on support to dealerships and independent mechanic shops
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
- Document service reports, issues, and resolutions
- Support Help Desk operations when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- College Diploma (Automotive or Technical field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive/mechanical or technical support roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Wheel Alignment & Wheel Balancing Systems
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Calibration
- Automotive AC Machines (diagnostics & repairs)
- Experience in equipment installation, repair, or general mechanical work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with diagnostic software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License (must be comfortable traveling across GTA)
- Canadian Citizenship / Permanent Residency / Valid Ontario Work Permit
- OHIP coverage
- Clean driving record
- Willingness for daily field travel and customer site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Automotive Technician : 2 years (preferred)
