Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Sanitation Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in commercial sanitation services, and expertise in commercial cleaning processes. This role is vital in ensuring that all sanitation standards are met consistently, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily sanitation operations across assigned commercial sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate sanitation staff to ensure high performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards.
- Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, staff performance, and operational issues for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, safety regulations, and new cleaning technologies to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, safety procedures, and health regulations relevant to commercial environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to develop training programs for staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety measures.
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Prior experience in managing inventory and supplies for large-scale cleaning operations is required.
- Night shift experience. This role requires night shift hours.
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
