Junk Removal Labourer / Helper

Responsibilities:
- Assist the crew leader/driver with junk removal jobs at homes, businesses, and job sites
- Lift, carry, and load various items, including heavy furniture, appliances, and construction debris
- Protect customer property while moving and removing items
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service on every job
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
✅ Enjoys physical, hands-on work in all weather conditions
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
✅ Previous junk removal, moving, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset (but not required)
✅ Valid driver’s license is an asset, but not mandatory for this role
