Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller/ Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations within the organization. Duties
- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Conduct detailed account reconciliation and perform comprehensive account analysis to ensure accuracy
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through diligent audit preparation and documentation
- Lead the implementation of new accounting systems or upgrades to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and insights
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior accounting role within a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Strong expertise in account reconciliation, account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow management
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
