Toytexx Inc. is a fast-growing Canadian e-commerce company operating across major online marketplaces, including Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca, BestBuy.ca, and other online sales channels.
We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Coordinator to support daily online marketplace operations and help increase online sales revenue. This is a sales-oriented and result-driven position. The ideal candidate should not only complete daily tasks, but also actively look for ways to improve product listings, increase traffic, improve conversion, and support revenue growth.
This role is suitable for someone who is interested in e-commerce sales, online marketplace growth, product listing optimization, order fulfillment, customer service, and business operations. The position includes both office-based computer work and some hands-on order or warehouse coordination tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and optimize product listings other online marketplaces
- Improve product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, and keywords to help increase sales
- Monitor product performance, sales results, pricing, promotions, inventory status, and marketplace issues
- Support daily sales growth by identifying products that need listing improvement, price adjustment, promotion, or restocking
- Process daily online orders and coordinate shipments to support customer satisfaction
- Monitor delivery status and follow up on shipping or fulfillment problems
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with returns, refunds, and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records for orders, product updates, sales activities, and marketplace operations
- Communicate with internal teams to make sure products are listed, updated, shipped, and followed up on in a timely manner
- Assist with physical order handling when required, including moving and lifting packages up to 50 lbs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce, online sales, Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, Shopify, marketplace operations, or online retail
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results, revenue growth, and performance improvement
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, email, and basic office software
- Able to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks on time
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to review problems, follow up, and help find solutions instead of only reporting issues
- Physically able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs when required
- Previous experience in product listing, customer service, warehouse coordination, online sales, or marketplace operations is an asset
