Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing product knowledge and financing options.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of various RV models, features, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, or recreational sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Valid driver’s license.
