Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Massage Parlor Helper to assist in providing a comfortable and professional environment for clients. This role involves supporting licensed therapists, managing client interactions, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the massage facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and familiarity with basic medical terminology to facilitate smooth operations.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with appointment check-ins
- Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning and arranging supplies to ensure a hygienic environment
- Support licensed massage therapists during sessions as needed
- Manage client records and appointment scheduling efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including reception and waiting zones
- Handle client inquiries professionally, providing information about services offered
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout the facility
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
- Basic understanding of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy settings (preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions carefully
