Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the shipping of lumber produced on-site to other divisions and direct to customer via truck and container as well as managing inventory and monitoring order completion.
Duties
- Manage shipping and receiving documentation within our lumber inventory management system (LISA, Microsoft Excel)
- Assist accounting team with basic payables entries when available
Qualifications
- Proven experience in forestry/manufacturing operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
