We are a warm, collaborative group of 10 friendly therapists, primarily RCCs, with some team members holding additional certifications such as CCC or RSW. Our practice is rapidly growing in South Surrey, and we’re currently seeking a compassionate, well-rounded therapist to join our team.
Our client base is overflowing, and we have an active waitlist. You can take on as many clients as you feel comfortable with; ideally, we hope for a minimum caseload of 12–20 clients per week. This is an in-person position based at our South Surrey office.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2–3 years of post-master’s clinical experience (Ideally 5+ years)
- Is trained in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, Gottman, or similar modalities
- Is confident supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational concerns
- Has experience or interest in couples counselling, child/adolescent therapy, and/or perinatal mental health (preferred but not required)
- Is comfortable working with a diverse caseload (individuals, couples, and families)
- Speaks additional languages (an asset)
- Is committed to client-centred, trauma-informed care
Availability & Scheduling
- A minimum of 3 shifts per week, primarily in person at our South Surrey office (not looking to hire a fully virtual counsellor)
- Daytime availability during the week is preferred
- Evening and Saturday availability is an asset
- Flexibility to build a schedule that aligns with your capacity and clinical interests

Requirements
- A completed Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or Child & Youth Care
- Must be a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-graduate counselling experience
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong documentation and ethical practice standards
- Ability to reliably commute to Surrey, BC for in-person work
