With millions of downloads and a highly engaged community of PC gamers, Insights is entering its next stage of growth. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to define our brand, grow our user base, and build the marketing engine that takes Insights to the next level.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Head of Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing for Insights Gaming. This person will be responsible for building our brand identity, increasing user acquisition, and owning our digital marketing channels across social, email, community, partnerships, content, and campaigns.
This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, write creatively, execute quickly, and deeply understand gaming culture. You should be comfortable building from the ground up, testing new ideas, analyzing performance, and creating campaigns that resonate with gamers.
What We Are Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, or brand marketing, ideally in gaming, consumer apps, creator tools, SaaS, or tech startups.
· Proven ability to grow a consumer product, community, or digital platform.
· Strong understanding of gaming culture, gaming creators, online communities, and social-first marketing.
· Experience building and executing digital campaigns across social, email, content, and paid or organic acquisition channels.
· Excellent writing and storytelling ability.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, test, and improve campaigns.
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure.
· Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
· Experience managing agencies, contractors, creators, or small teams is a plus.
Nice to Have
· Experience marketing gaming software, creator tools, clipping tools, recording tools, esports products, or PC gaming apps.
· Experience with influencer marketing, Discord community growth, Reddit campaigns, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or gaming creator partnerships.
· Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, email segmentation, and product-led growth.
· Experience with SEO, paid social, Google Ads, or performance marketing.
· Passion for PC gaming
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you will:
· Build a clear marketing strategy for Insights Gaming.
· Define our brand voice, positioning, and core messaging.
· Launch repeatable social and email marketing campaigns.
· Improve our acquisition funnel from awareness to download.
· Create a marketing calendar for product launches and community campaigns.
· Identify the highest-impact channels for growth.
· Establish clear KPIs and reporting for marketing performance.
Over time, you will help turn Insights Capture into one of the most recognized brands in game recording, clipping, and gameplay review.
