Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Crew Member to support the daily functions of our organization MONDAY-FRIDAY from 11am-5pm. This role involves coordinating various operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves regular travel between properties and hands-on tasks. It is well-suited for individuals looking for an entry-level position in property operations. Duties
- Transport and deliver supplies, linens, and small appliances to rental units as requested by the admin team.
- Preform property routine inspections and list maintence requirements
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete basic home upkeep such as changing light bulbs, tightening loose screws, and replacing worn batteries in remotes or keypads
- Report damages, missing items, or larger maintenance concerns to the property management team promptly.
- Regular travel between multiple properties daily.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and Ability to follow instructions and document completed tasks accurately

- This role requires efficiency and the ability to respond to tasks quickly (e.g., restocking items, addressing guest requests). Are you able to reliably fulfill same-day tasks when needed?
- Do you own a smartphone and are you comfortable using apps for task tracking, messaging, and taking photos when needed?
