What You’ll Be Working On
As part of our fabrication team, you’ll be involved in building and assembling industrial equipment and custom components including:
- Logging truck outfitting
- Hydraulic log loader systems
- Dump boxes and trailers
- Heavy-duty custom fabrication projects
This role requires someone who can interpret fabrication drawings, complete quality welds, and work safely and efficiently both independently and with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld industrial components and equipment
- Prepare materials and assemblies for production
- Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication and assembly
- Support ongoing shop efficiency and workflow improvements
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
- Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience with FCAW and GMAW welding processes
- Aluminum welding experience considered an asset
- Ability to work with TIG or push-pull systems is beneficial
- Strong understanding of fabrication shop practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
