Willowbrook Performanec Shop is looking to hire a motivated and dependable Performance Shop Helper to join our automotive repair team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in automotive mechanics and hands-on work. The ideal candidate will assist with various shop tasks, support mechanic operations, and gain valuable experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. This position is essential for maintaining efficient workflow within the shop environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday; full time. Hours to be determined upon hire.
Salary:
- Between $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and staff with daily shop tasks
- Pick up and deliver automotive parts and supplies
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Move vehicles in and out of bays when needed
- Help receive and organize inventory
- Dispose of shop waste and recycling properly
- Assist with basic vehicle preparation and cleanup
- Run occasional errands related to shop operations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
