Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks to tables while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Handle cash and process payments using the POS system with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a server role or similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset, but not required.
